From all of us at CCSTM Computing, we are pleased to announce the completion of our acquisition of Siaqodb! We have already completed the major transition process and now we are learning as much as we can from the Siaqodb founder, Cristi.

I wanted to write to you all to explain our company and our future approach to the continuation of Siaqodb. The bottom line for all customers to understand is that Siaqodb is NOT going away!

Our firm began in 1999 as a small custom software development shop. At our core, programming is what we do. We build custom applications and software solutions to help our customers businesses run more efficiently. Our company has grown over the years, but we remain small and our values stay the same – we aim to provide excellent customer service and build long lasting relationships with our customers.

As a Siaqodb customer, we were just as surprised and saddened as many of you to hear that Siaqodb was shutting down. We have used this tool for internal and external projects alike and as a customer, we understand this amazing tool and frankly how we take it for granted because it just plain works so well! We felt strongly that this project should not end as it performs as a NoSQL embedded database in such a fast, stable and clean way. Based on that fateful email, we decided to reach out to Cristi regarding the continuation of the project. Cristi shares the same values that we do – excellent customer service and a passion for creating solid products. We hit it off immediately. After a few days of talks, we came to an agreement and began the transition process.

Our hope is to be able to provide you with the same level of support you received from Cristi and his team as well as many new services and Siaqodb versions in the future. We have several ideas and would love to hear from you regarding future enhancements you would like to see. Here is a short list of some initial thoughts that have been discussed from a customer perspective:
· Add a customer portal where you can manage your developer licenses, download latest versions and perform support renewals easily.

· Improve documentation including:

o Documentation comments to improve coding experience.

o Sample projects for supported platforms.

With many more Siaqodb product enhancements we have not fully vetted yet. Please feel free to reply to this message or compose a message to support@siaqodb.com with your thoughts on these items or your own enhancement suggestions. If you have open support issues, please also re-send them along to us so that we can have a fresh start with the issue.

While we complete the transition, I also wanted to let customers know a few other important details:
· We will continue to support existing customers.

· Our fee structure will not change. We do plan on offering a discounted support renewal plan in the near future.

· We will continue to advance Siaqodb in the spirit in which it was founded.
